A debate one-on-one between Ignatieff and Harper,
which Harper in his bravado so regretfully challenged
would certainly rise above any white noise and have an impact on the impressions Canadians have of the federal leaders.
Although I am sure it would be a cold day in Harperland before Harper would pick up the gauntlet he himself so recklessly and insincerely threw down.
And just think, if the Con support falls to under 38%,
Harper may very well be forced to debate Ignatieff one-on-one
That would differentiate Harper from Ignatieff, the Con's from the Liberals
