"deputy Liberal leader Ralph Goodale pressed the absent Prime Minister on the in-and-out election financing controversy.

'Why did his regime concoct phoney invoices to try to hide it?'"

Wait a minute "phoney invoices" - that doesn't sound like the kind of stuff "Administrative disputes" are made of.

Also, when you read the allegations laid in the in-and-out-scheme you get wording like ( http://www.elections.ca/abo/com/stat/charges_e.pdf):

". . . and did thereby commit an offence punishable on summary
conviction contrary to Sections 497 (3) (g) and 500 (5) (a) of the said Act."

". . .is guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction contrary
to Section 507 of the said Act."

". . .and did thereby commit an offence punishable on summary
conviction contrary to Sections 497 (3) (m) (ii) and 500 (5) (a) of the said Act."

". . .and did thereby commit an offence punishable on summary
conviction contrary to Sections 497 (3) (m) (ii) and 500 (5) (a) of the said Act."

". . .is guilty of an offence punishable on
summary conviction contrary to Section 507 of the said Act."

That also doesn't sound like the kind of stuff "Administrative disputes" are made of.

In the immortal words of Buffalo Springfield

"There's something happening here
What it is ain't exactly clear"

For what it's worth . . .

Perhaps we could humbly request that Poilievre, better, Harper, himself, might, in his infinite wisdom, please clarify.
